Reopened Issue: Dynamic configuration of BizTalk Management database and server [2233]

Currently I cannot use the tool in our development environment. We use more BiztalkManagement databases within 1 db instance on a remote db server. So we do not use the standard name, which is assumed by the tool.
In the source I see a configuration file containing <BizTalkDatabaseServerName>.</BizTalkDatabaseServerName> and <BizTalkManagementDatabaseName>BizTalkMgmtDB</BizTalkManagementDatabaseName>.
Is it possible to make these values accesible in a configation file for the tool? This would be help me to use tools as well.
